IronHorse Square

IronHorse Square

IronHorse Square is a real estate development project located in South Baltimore, MD, directly abutting Anne Arundel County, the 18th highest median income county in the US.

The complex will be home to three high end entertainment venues – Garage Bar & Stage, Dalton Sister Public House and Fantasies Nightclub & Sports Bar. With all three venues in operation, IronHorse Square will become one of the premier multi-venue, entertainment destinations in the Baltimore-Washington market – the highest income, best educated and fourth largest combined metropolitan market in the country.
Significant synergies are anticipated among the three venues as guests would be expected to frequent multiple venues each visit to IronHorse Square. Multiple venue patronage by customers should result in increased overall revenues, market presence, appeal and long-term success.
